Kay Gonzalez, CMP – Principal & Lead Designer
Kay Gonzalez is an experienced Non‐Profit Association Manager with a diverse background across various industries. Currently, she serves as an Association Manager at Chicago Association Management, where she leverages her skills in Membership Recruitment/Retention, Member Benefit Expansion, Non‐dues Revenue, Sponsorship Outreach, Database Management, Graphic Design and Event Administration to effectively manage client accounts.
With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, Kay has demonstrated her ability to build strong relationships and exceed client expectations. With her past work experiences Kay has honed her marketing skills and provided strategic guidance to effectively market and help grow associations.
Kay’s tenure in the association and nonprofit industry has given her a well‐rounded perspective and a deep understanding and appreciation of the importance of attention to detail, organization, and effective communications. She has acquired this through her professional and personal experiences.

Victoria Ruiz – Administrator
Victoria Ruiz supports the day-to-day operations and administrative needs of association clients. Based in the Greater Chicago Area, she brings an organized, service-focused approach to coordinating projects, communications, and member support. She attended Harper College and works closely with association leadership and Kay to help keep initiatives moving efficiently.
